Does anyone know about bidpay?

I sell on ebay and do not want to open a paypal account (long story) and currenlty have an online merchant account for processing credit cards but that is set to expire in 10 days and to renew is some what $$. I was thinking of using bidpay as my payment processing does anyone have any expericene with this? Thanks.
