Depending on your monthly sales, you can choose for something like authorize.net (you'll pay like $25 a month), plus transaction fees 2.x %, plus $0.25 per trans.
Or go with pay $49 one time set up fee, and 5.5% on each transaction.
Paypal also has virtual terminal and other options.
