Can the police trace people uses my credit card or account because i really want to find out?

I don’t know who using my credit card and withdrawing money out of my account i did a investigation of my account for a while i know i use the card on the computer to buy stuff so the investigation went on for a well on my bank account they took around 1,100 something until my account was overdrawn that i have to pay back the bank. i don t know who messing me up here i didn’t give any body my bank account number like all the merchant with i purchase credit card i make sure i call them and cancel it. the investigation went on when the bank supervisor call and tell me to cancel the investigation because i can get her terminated so she didn’t call me to leave her contact number or e mail address she say give her 2 weeks for my money to be back in my account if she don’t put the money back in two weeks i will re open the investigation.
The investigation was cancel because they say i didn’t have enough proof but you know what i should i said i should had say find out the name of the person using my card. The supervisor call me and say they make a error because she put T-mobile she thought i paid that i didn’t pay that someone thing because i doing a family plan so she say she check my credit and put that there in my account statement she say if i dispute that i can get her fired if they find out. If i call the company they would tell me to call the bank to dispute that i don’t think they will tell me the name of the person using my card. I really want to find out badly. I also used the information for the grant money on the phone so i gave her all my information i talk to her she say that no one got my information and she destroy all evidence i gave her my bank.
I cancel all my credit card so no money will be taking out i know someone will find out because once they use the card they name and information there i thinking i should go to the police maybe they will find out who uses my information not only they wipe out my bank account they also uses my credit card i don;t lend no one else my information.
this is hurting me now the grant lady work for the government she find out that i checking my account online and she say don’t check my account because it will mess up my credit and i won’t get the grant money is a lot of duh also know i pay for the secirity classes without even telling her the bank supervisor call me and say she made a error i call the investigation of the bank and they cancel it because they say i authorize it. I just find out that my discover card was used so i cancel it right away i wish there a special phone number for identity theft

yes the police for your bank account and the credit card company for a credit card. both company’s have fraud depts. do player by her threats. if she get fired for an investigation, it means she did somthing wrong. call the bank’s fraud dept. don’t stall the longer you wait the harder it is to track the guilty
File a police report. Bring the copy of the report to a branch and file a fraud complaint on your account. If what you are saying about the bank manager is correct, then she ought to be fired, so go to a different branch to file the complaint and have the bank fraud department handle your case.
the first thing you should have done is filed a police report and it is not to late so get one filed!!!!
