i HAD a yahoo store, now closed, but am still being charged for merchant services?

tried calling, but got shuffeled and put on hold…. a long time (lil treasures, was the name of the store)

To close your Yahoo! Store you will first need to log in to your Store Manager.
From the Manager click Account Info on the right-hand side of the screen.
Near the bottom of the Account Info page, you’ll see a link to our Exit Survey. Please fill out the survey so we can learn why you’ve decided to close your store. This will help us understand how we can develop and improve our platform and make it work better.
Your store will be closed 5 days after you have filled out the exit survey.
If you close your store in the middle of your monthly billing cycle the charge will still apply for the last full month.
If they’re tapping a bank account close it and open new one. This is a new era, companies don’t have much integrity anymore.
