Is a merchant account included in Yahoo small business’s e-commerce solution?

It also depends on what it is that you are selling. Merchant Service providers divide goods & services into low risk and high risk categories. Paypal generally will not accept high risk products such as adult, pharmacy, or tabacco.
If you do sell high risk goods, your best bet is to seek out 3rd party merchant account providers who take on this risk for you.
