Can’t I receive eBills with my Citibank checking account?

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for a few years now, but I got upset over something and on Tuesday I went shopping for a new bank. I narrowed it down to Bank of America and Citibank, but went with Citibank because both of their branches in my town have drive-thru ATM’s and BofA doesn’t (lazy…I know).

Anyways, I went and opened my checking account at Citi, and everything seemed to be fine, and then went home and registered for my online banking, because I do everything online – that’s very important to me in a bank.

Last night, as I was setting up some online payments from my new Citi checking, I searched and searched for where to sign up for eBills from (at least) my big merchants. AT&T, DirecTv, etc.

To my surprise, Citibank doesn’t have an eBill feature????? I thought they had one of the best/most complete online tools available…but I guess not? Am I just missing something??

I used Citibank and they did have an eBill feature. Call the customer service number, you might need a different type of account or maybe you are just missing something. I have also used Bank of America and they have this feature.
