Every ph call when u contact the company, get first & last name, title and employee id numbers. U start creating a log, and letter file. Contact the Better Business Bureau and complain. This could be a scam... at $600 a pop it's very lucrative for them. Can u show they received the machines? Get a copy of the proof of delivery. Ask for the Dept Manager or Corp officers responsible, once u start acting on the phone/writing u know your consumer rights... u might get their attention. Also tell everyone where u first learned of the company about ur situation. Bad word of mouth will fore warn others. Be clear what u want and when it should be handled. Go to the boss of the person you have been talking to. If that doesn't get you anywhere, go to that person's boss. If you get to a level where you just can't go any higher, start calling that person every day. If you can get email addresses, start emailing every day. My view is that if a company owes me money and is dragging its feet in repaying it, I am going to harass them until they do.
