		<description>So, first of all Has the seller deleted himself from eBay?  Has it been less than 45 days?  You can file a dispute with eBay and go from there.  Also, check the credit card company that you used and see what they can do for you.  If the seller is still on eBay you need to write to him, thru eBay, and if not, put together a dispute.</description>

Many people never have problems. Some do, and when they do it&#039;s truly awful. Next time, buy from someone in person through craigslist or a brick and mortar store.</description>
