I am a merchant and the customer bounced the check purposely after receiving goods. pls advise legal steps?

file charges with the police……but if you got the money i don’t think there is anything that you can do
If you’ve got the money you cant do much but you can sue them in court if you can convince the judge that the delay in clearing the check was on purpose and that you suffered considerable financial loss because of the same.
This might be lengthy and expensive too.
