Althought the choices are limited there are a couple of options for obtaining an international merchant account. Some of these options do not require a US bank account. You will need someone experienced in setting up an offshore merhcant account to help you weed through all the qualifications and paperwork.
International accounts have many more restrictions and guidelines placed on them before they can be set up. For instance one of the guidelines is that you must already have sales in your business. You can not set up a merchant account for a brand new business.
