Can a business accounts (corporation) be reported to chexsystem under personal social security number?

Yes it is possible for them to report you and the business to chexsystems. I would pull your chexsystems report for both yourself and under the business to see what they say.

What are my rights when a bank inappropiately advised me of an overdraft amount due to recurrng charge of $4.99 on an account. I PAID THE BALANCE FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH with a letter authorizing them to close the account. BUT BEFORE THE BANK DEPOSITD THE CK I THINK ANOTHER CHARGE HIT. They deposited the ck. but sent my name to checx system for the bal. which I reaLLY DONT KNOW. The next statement showed 0.00. I assumed they followed my instructions, but later i went to open another account. Surprise, I was on chex systems. How can they ruin my livelihood for $4.99. I need to know my rights. Please advise.
